Over the course of a year, from November 2022 to November 2023, I successfully project managed the comprehensive renovation of House of Cascade, a 3,000-square-foot property listed on Airbnb IN UPSTATE NEW YORK. I coordinated and executed the renovation, overseeing the transformation of both bathrooms, the kitchen, and flooring, as well as the complete furnishing of the space with a blend of new and found vintage elements. This project showcased my ability to manage complex timelines, logistics, and resources, ensuring every detail came together seamlessly. My focus was on the planning, coordination, and hands-on execution of the renovation, demonstrating my capacity to manage large-scale projects from start to finish under tight deadlines.
